being only new to this job i am not sure why you dont have access. Your position was created before i became Admin.
I suppose this is something either Donna or Vic will have to answer for you.... as far as i am concerned you have not done anything wrong

The staff room is more for discussion of issues we deal with as the staff. As you dont have authority to help in all situations we discuss you were not given access to the staff rooms.
If you feel you need to be involved in certain staffing discussions or have something to say then let JE know and he will consider adding you guys.
